For destinations currently available at checkout, we arrange shipping under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms as described in our Shipping Policy. Shipping and import handling are arranged for you, and standard delivery charges or customs arrangements are not required from the customer at delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can follow the shipment through our Track Order page or 17TRACK. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier operations, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If something does not feel right, contact our team—we are still here after the package arrives.

The AutoFling name, logos, product information, photographs, videos, text, designs, and website materials are owned by or licensed to HK Haochen International Co., Limited. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Certain AutoFling products incorporate our patented auto-loading system. The patent protects the auto-loading structure and mechanism; AutoFling is the brand name. U.S. Patent No. 12,723,835 B1 applies where relevant.
